My friend owns a 6-speed 02 Z28. Hes a relativley good driver, he road races a lot. Me and My friend (Matt) where out tonight with the girls. We came back through Aledo and we see a gold LS1 Z28, trying to leave Sonic, and Matt says hey watch this. He pushes in the clutch and gives the guy a few revs. I know this guy had at least a Cat-Back,and it sounded like a manual. Matts car has Eibach Springs, Bilstein shocks, 37mm front sway bar, cant remeber back one's diameter, LID, Flowmaster Cat-back, And 17 inch SS wheels with 275 goodyear eagle F1s all the way around. The guy runs out behind us and Matts jumps on it and we pull him a little, till we hit some traffic and have to slow down. The traffic turns off the road and matt gets on it again. We come up to this S-turn (suggested speed limit is 10 so its pretty sharp and tricky. Matt says hey girls hold on im going wide open through this one. The guy behind us sees it coming and i see his brake lights come on. So matt jumps on it and we Gap the guy pretty badly so he jumps back on it to catch us. Matt went through the corner somewhere around 65. As we leave the corner weve got the guy pretty badly and as i see his headlights come around the bushes i hear him open that thing up (sounded DAMN MEAN) and he couldnt get it down and gets really sideways. He has to let off and corrects it. Then weve got him bad so Matt keeps pulling and pulling him then where doing 85 in a 30 so he lets off and the guy passes us a second or 2 later. The gold Z gets way passed us then trys to turn around and gets on it as hes turning around and completely looses is and slides off the road. He looked so freaking stupid so he sped off and we all laughed at him. I wanted to stop and tell him, "Hey it doesnt matter how fast your car is if you cant drive it." So that was part of my interesting night. :thumbsup:
