the difference is in the forced air induction and the lower restriction exhaust that the SS received (over the Z28)
the LS1 (2001/2002) in the Fcar received a truck cam in order to keep the horsepower below that of the Corvette.
We advertised 310 and 325......and the good thing is that EVERY car had at least 310 or 325........unlike some other vehicles we won't mention here.
