......just wanted to see what people had plans on for the end of the season and for the winter.

We at Victory Racing have a few LS1 projects in the works for this winter.

One of them will be a max effort N/A car, that is going to run on a DOT Tire.

Also doing a Nitrous set-up and trying for 9's with a drag radial in a full weight car. Should also be a very interesting set-up, I will be sure to post pics as these projects come together.

What do you have on the horizon or planned for your winter project?

I got one I am getting ready to look at starting. Probably going to be a boost project. I gotta get a new set of cylinder heads first, along w/ pull the motor and re-ring/bearing the short block.

Hopefully I can get this going before winter hits but I am planning a 4l60e to t56 swap with 12 bolt and some tires to cut down my horendous 60' time.

LOL, If you're concerned about60ft times keep the automatic and get a nice 3200 stall converter and ET streets....You're not going to ever cut kick-ass 60foots with a stick car.

Not so much concerned about 60' times, just want a stickier tire to stop me from spinning half way down the track  . I've already got a TCI SSF 3500 converter I am just getting kind of bored with the auto. I have seen people cut low 1.60's all day with the t56 and a set of ET streets. No suspension mods that I can think of. Eh, we'll see if I can find somebody to swap with me first!

this winter will be all about power...
last winter i built the car to be bullet proof into the low tens(possably high 9's)
this winter(money depending) will be all about making more power...

plans include a built iron 408 i have not decided if i want to sell mt AFR 205's and go with some 225's or see what i can squeeze out of these 205's...
on top i want to be running a progressively controled direct port N2O shot.

the last 3 years i have shave a full second off my times every year.
i hope to keep this trend up next year.
