probably the window motor. try holding the switch up with one hand, and pulling up on the window/wiggling it to help it get back up if they are stuck down right now. if it doesn't wiggle a lot and doesn't get bound up then i would say your tracks are good. if it wiggles around then check out the tracks when you replace your motor to see if they are off. actually just check them regardless while your in there
if you cant get it back up doing that or you dont hear any noise from the motor when you hit the switch, i would guess its the switch. a window motor on its way out will still make some kind of noise until it goes completely dead
