our bolt pattern is 5 by 4.75 in. so yes they should fit!

Bolt pattern is correct. But make sure the offset is right or you'll be having steering issues in your near future. I believe you need a +56mm offset. Dont quote me on that though. Lol.

The offset of those wheels is going to bring the tire right to the edge of the wheel well, you won't have any tuck with that application.

And with the width on that offset you'll hate your steering feel and shortly after your steering issues.
