Most of those posts are over a year old...

Gary Wells went about it in a jerk-like way but he made a good point...there's lots of well developed GN sites out there. Not that I expected this place to be the be all end all GN site. The goal here since day 1 has been to have room for everybody.

Beater Grand National to the rescue

I am in the process of buying a 84 hot air Grand national without engine or trans. and of course im gonna convert it over to intercooled SFI. ill have questions galore in about a week when it comes down here from heriman. luckily i have some resources here as well since RJC racing is about an hour from here.

Well I am here now, sorry I'm late . I am Zacks 85GN on all the Turbo Buick boards. I of course have an 85 GN but converting to the 86/87 set up and kinda overdoing it. :devil: Got my CK performance T400 in the other day with the JW Ultra Bell. I have to get this thing back together.

85 GN LE-TA-61,Turbomotion race port heads 1.77"/1.5"SS Manleys,ATR 309G Billet roller cam kit,T/A performance 1.6 roller rockers and cam bearings, ATR Headers, downpipe,2 1/2" SS exhaust,ATR Waste Gate, MSD 50's,340 pump hot wired, .030 TRW's, Billet center caps, rotating assembly balanced, ARP rod bolts and ARP main and head studs. Converting to 86/87 setup. CK Performance T400 with a brake and JW UltraBell.

I have some clean up to do as this project had gone on for some time now but I am getting closer.
