I just bought the car and the guy who built it never had it reprogrammed and no one in the area where I live has anything to do it i need somewhere to go somewhere around quincy Illinois?
So what is the build?

And why didn't he get a reprogram? This has been known since forever?

I have a fastchip.com program for my mods in 99... and I used lt1edit when I changed my gears from 3.23 to 3.73 in 2002/3.

Not sure what your issues are...until we know the build and what is happening...
No one can tune the computer to a baseline for unknown stuff.

Start a new thread and try and list everything you know about the car. If the previous owner can tell you the engine build specs, you'll need it.

Otherwise, you'll have to either have to dyno tune for a whole day or learn to tune and buy what you need to do it.

Corvette forum

I have been on the Corvette forum for many years. I recently bought a 93 Firebird for parts as we are putting a LT1 in a 83 Camaro. But the Firebird turns out to be in good shape and we're just going to detail it and flip it.

Been away from the LT1 forums for a while, Had my Z28 stored away for a couple of years. Just started it up occasionally, but plan to get it back on the road this coming spring. Have played with my '07 GMC 4.2 vortec in-between times just to keep the tuning interest.

Hey Everyone,

New member from sunny Ohio (it is raining like hell today). I own a 95 Z28, manual trans. I am only the second owner and she's very very clean and all original except for a Hurst shifter and K&N air filter. The original owner was kind enough to provide all service records, including the original paperwork from the dealer where he purchased it. It has a little over 56k on the odo, so it wasn't driven a lot. Since it's so clean I am probably not going to fuss with it for a while but probably will upgrade the exhaust, add headers, and maybe some minor engine mods down the road. I am not looking to race it, just add some more power.

I am looking forward to participating in some of the discussions down the road and I'm always to willing to learn from those who have been there and done that.

Cheers!
Phil
