hey guys my water pump is leaking fro an odd spot there is an image of a pump below and where it is red is where it is leaking. can this spot be fixed or replace the whole pump? thanks.

The hose pipes are just pressed in. Some people (few) with reman pumps have actually had them blow out. You could try pulling the pipe out and applying your favorite hard setting goo to it and reinstalling, but not sure I would trust it.

I would use metal set if u can find it. Its a two part mixture used for temp metal fixed and I believe it would be suitable there as it is very durable. I am having the same issue with mine and uses ultra grey rtv. I have yet to test it...wish me luck. I pushes it in and made it tight but who knows. Its a good thing my opti has plenty of plastic dip covering it.

You may also try rosin core solder and solder it. Probably a more permanent fix.
