What would be the most cost effective?

Getting a cam for the 6 cylinder, and having headwork done as well as bolt ons, gears, stall converter?

or having an LT1 put in? (I have one ready to go)

or putting in an LSx such as a LQ9?

I'm just looking for a way to go fast for cheap. :rice:
