Are you going to attempt to build a 4L60E yourself? These are not beginners transmissions. The tools to build one correctly can cost near $500.

Will a 3000 stall be to heavy on gas purposes like drink alotI wouldn't waste money on anything less than a 3k stall converter from a name brand company.
Ok if ur trying to build car for street/strip the n ur worried about gas millage ur in the wrong hobby. LolOkay I'm trying to build my transmission up strong enough to handle hard driving like racing street/strip
Then, if they know what they're doing, they should know what parts to put in. I certainly know nobody brings their own parts to me...LOL I've been doing it for 23 years, and I have no idea what "double bump" the clutches is??? TThere are better servos than the "Corvette" unit. Besides, any GOOD 4L60E builder would tell you that your trans already has a "Corvette" servo. If he doesn't know that, maybe he's not the right person for the job...LOLNaw I'm paying somebody to rebuild it and yes it's a 4l60e

If you go with a yank ss series converter, gas mileage will be pretty good still. They drive around pretty close to stock but really perform when you nail it. I'd look at around a 32-3600 ss converter especially if you don't plan on going bigger than bolt ons or a small cam. Will a 3000 stall be to heavy on gas purposes like drink alot
