Well I think my tranny is done agian. 3rd grinds just about everytime I put it in. Guess I pushed it a little too hard racing that Cobra. LOL. It was about time. It has been almost a year since the last rebuild. I guess I will be re-routing my funds to a rebuild. Anyone know a good shop to rebuild my tranny with upgraded synchro parts? I am on a budget here and can not afford a G Force or anything of the like. Just a local shop who will put in the parts I provide.

Yeah, this will be my 5th time. All the other times were under warranty. Not anymore. I will get it done right by a tranny house. Steel fork with carbon fiber parts. I am not sure what it is this time, but I will just upgrade all the shifting components since that is what always fails. D&D has a nice kit.

I do them local chicago, also. You tear it out, I'll tear it down & inspect it. Then you can get the parts you want for it.
Blocker rings, billet slider keys, shift fork pads, steel fork, speed gears, bearings or sycnhronizer assemblies. < all of which needs to be inspected on the disassembly.
