Lokar flexible one
Free is preferable
What kind of headers?

What car is it in?

What kind of trans?

97 z28. pacesetter LT quick trips. a4
Then no, you should have no issue with clearance.

I assume you got the EGR version of the headers?

i did. but its causing a problem with the tranny tube.
Yea, well, it will fit.

I ran into the same issue, I think I ended up not bolting the trans dipstick up and bending/blocking the EGR port off the header.

Are you running EGR for some reason..?

my mechanic told me i need egr hooked up. my car is running funny. pacestter told the the computer will adjust to the headers at about 100 miles
You do not need EGR, you fail inspection anyways, having EGR at that point is silly.

How did you install your 02 sensors?

I only have 2 out of the four hooked up. Bad, right?
As long as you hooked the front 2 up you should be fine. The rear two are only to confirm catalyst efficiency. I'd say your funny running conditions are being caused by other things. Having the rear O2's not hooked up will set a check engine light. I would get a tune and have them tuned out personally

Did you run extensions or solder in wire for the front 02s?

My car had like 3 or four, i hooked two up to the holes on the headers. what about the other ones
AFAIK its very hard, if not impossible to install front 02s into long tubes with out extensions of the harness.

So again, what did you do here?
