Okay ive ran into another problem...:craz28: My header is blocking the tranny dipstick tube. My mechanic said to get a flexible one. Is there any way you guys got around this problem? Thanks!

What car is it in?

What kind of trans?

Then no, you should have no issue with clearance.

I assume you got the EGR version of the headers?

Yea, well, it will fit.

I ran into the same issue, I think I ended up not bolting the trans dipstick up and bending/blocking the EGR port off the header.

Are you running EGR for some reason..?

my mechanic told me i need egr hooked up. my car is running funny. pacestter told the the computer will adjust to the headers at about 100 miles

You do not need EGR, you fail inspection anyways, having EGR at that point is silly.

How did you install your 02 sensors?

As long as you hooked the front 2 up you should be fine. The rear two are only to confirm catalyst efficiency. I'd say your funny running conditions are being caused by other things. Having the rear O2's not hooked up will set a check engine light. I would get a tune and have them tuned out personally

AFAIK its very hard, if not impossible to install front 02s into long tubes with out extensions of the harness.

So again, what did you do here?
