Ok, quickly... I've searched and found alot of answers, but none exactly to what I'm asking. So let me throw my scenario out there. My camaro is a 94 with a stock LT1 engine. It has pacesetter lt's, and an cai, thats it. It has a 4l60E that has no reverse, and slipping in forward gears. I am fairly confident in building my trans because I have built a few 4l60's in the past. No problems there. My question is what would be recommended for replacement parts to strengthen my trans because in the future I may go with heads, a cam, and maybe a couple other things. Probably not going to get over 400hp. I plan on a "beast" sunshell for sure, but what else? Such as servos, what kind of steels and frictions, torque converter, etc. Again, not gonna be a power monster, or a track car. Just want a good, strong trans that'll take the occasional romping. Thanks guys!!
