[Car nut]

I have an oe non monsoon hu w/ two new front kicker speakers. I want to keep the hu. Do amps come w/ hi/low converters built in? Also, is there an adjustment to give me more bass & trebble (I don't expect miricles) or will the amp only just amplifly the sound? Thanks. Brian.

Amps just amplify the sound, but last time I checked unamplified graphic equalizers were still being made for cars. So preamp output of head unit goes to eq, then out from eq to amp.
