Put a used ECM in my 07 CTS, NEED to remove default theft out of ECM and flash and program VIN. Because once I reset the ecm it will crank but not start and will go back to no crank no start after a few tries. My friend has HammerPC and TUNERPRO software to handle it in the morning only thing he isn't sure of are the bin #s
