I bought a 91 LX AOD car all stock (195,000 miles).
I took it to the track for the first time, only thing on the car was Flowmaster 2 chamber catback (I added them after I bought the car) and the best run of the day was:

R/T - .014
60 - 2.303
330 - 6.473
1/8 - 9.895
MPH - 71.99
1000 - 12.866
1/4 - 15.380
MPH - 89.62

Then I added shorty equal length headers, offroad H pipe, underdive pullies.
I removed the air silencer, A/C and smog pump and bumped the timing to 14'
My new best time:

R/T - .224
60 - 2.172
330 - ???
1/8 - 9.340
MPH - 75.62
1000 - ???
1/4 - 14.529
MPH - 95.18

I added 4.10s, a 70mm throtlebody, hi flow air filter and removed the front sway bar.

New best
R/T - .5957
60 - 2.0552
330 - 5.9032
1/8 - 9.0658
MPH - ???
1000 - ???
1/4 - 14.0947
MPH - 97.5037

I think this is good progress so far. Some sticky tires and I am in the 13's fo sure.
I'm trying to hit 12's on a stock H/C/I motor.

You need some DRs and a converter and you'll be in the low 13s. That 60ft could use some work yet.

DRs are next and my tranny needs some work fo sure (OD doesn't work).
My to-do list goes something like this:
MAF (comming next week)
Sub frame connectors and drive shaft loop
DRs and skinnys
1.6/1.7 rockers
Tranny (shift kit, stall)
