Might as well do long tubes while you're at it. Gain at least 20rwhp with headers alone. Possibly 30.

Pacesetter long tubes. Do it right once and never worry about it again. $500 (about) shipped.

Pacesetter are plug and play. You can even keep the EGR if you want to. Get the 02 extensions though, it'll save you some trouble. They are both an option when you purchase them from Texas speed. EGR delete mod is beneficial though.
