i was thinking of droppin an lt1 into my 99 s10. im also leaning towards carbureting it, which carb will allow it to flow the best??, im shooting for 350 horsies btw. also my ultimate plan is to put a roots blower on it, one of those big basterds that comes out of the hood. any companys make those?? thanks alot

why? you can make ALOT of hp with EFI...

That is purely a matter of opinion. back when i built carbed motors, i really loved Demon carbs...
for 350 rwhp you will need something in the 750-800 cfm range.

I have not seen a blower manifold for the LT1 heads. You can modify your heads or the manifold to work with each other. Not too hard to do. I have done a few conversions. If you were going to run a Roots type blower I would just use a Gen 1 type block and heads instead of the LT1. Save a lot of headaches and you can still run injection with something like DFI7 or Holley Commander 950 easily. Or even a Megasquirt if you are on a 'budget'.
