Ok this wasnt me but at the street races a while back some guy had an evo exhaust, intake the usual. Racing an lt1 with rims(added weight) intake catback and THATS it because i no the guy. It was an automatic 95. The evo won and had a backfire form hell when he shifted (juice?) but at thr finish the evo only had a car on him. Whats the deal? I no for a fac that camaro was stock. So how did it run with a modded turbd possible nitrous evo?

I beat an STi in the hemi when it was brand new. The guy was in a brand new blue STi with the freaking paper plates stil on it. I pulled up next to this guy and just wanted to see this thiing go i took of and he got me byuy anout a length then he shifted and did something wrong. All i could hear was CCCCCRRRRRRRRUUUNNNNCHHHHHHHHHH CRACKK and the he fell back and then caught em again and tried to shift and freaking grinded those gears again. I know i only beat him because he was about the worst manual driver in the world(Don't know if he knew what the clutch was for) but it was still about the funniest thing ive ever seen

I have so much respect for any performance car that only comes in manual! what other can you all think of besides the Viper and Evo? STi? Elise?

There are a bunch... I personally wouldn't judge a car just because of the transmission options, or lack of options, available...

better for drag racing/bracket racing as well... but not as fun to drive on the street, IMO...
Its better to drive a auto in traffic.

I'd rather have an M6 in any situation unless it's a track-only car. I never understood why people had such trouble driving a manual in traffic. The only time I ever had much trouble was when I had a nasty burn blister on my left foot and was caught in traffic on the GSP here in Jersey for an hour and a half. Other than that, I never minded it at all.
