currently in search of a part for my 2000 Formula, it is located underneath the front bumper, the plastic piece that has the "access panels" so you can reach the fog/turn signal bulbs.

never mind, sorry all, I thought the piece with the access door was a separate piece from the deflector.

I believe it is a separate piece. Isn't it item 44 on this site?
