Is Ceramic better

Getting disc brakes and rotors replaced.

1.Are ceramic rotors better than stock.

2. And what brand do canadian drivers use for their pads.

Any premium semi metallic pad will work,as for the ceramic rotors,I have no experience with them.
Do they even make them for our cars? I thought they were only available for High$ exotics.

Unless your pulling serious lap times on a road course just do the 98+ LS1 Brake swap and use premium SM pads and Rotors.

The LS1 swap is a wothwhile upgrade and you can really feel the difference.
You mean ceramic pads? They are good for low dust but will warp rotors under heavy/competition use, because ceramic holds heat its like 2 ovens on the sides of the rotors.
I heard CERAMIC rotors cost about $1000. each!!??

WHAT!!! Canadian drivers do the same as anybody..do you think we put pads on our snowmobiles or something?? Do not know what you mean.. :poke: -- CERAMIC PADS to answer your question.. -- :thumbsup: [Beaver-pelt pads are the best] :eek:
