I had a miss on the number 5 cylinde.So I replaced the ignition module,coil packs,4 new 02 sensors,new plugs.new plug wires and a new battery and new fuel injectors. Started it up fired up no miss but shut off and it wouldn't start. So I took the ignition module off took off the wiring harness from the modual put it back on it started up and ran perfect so todayI drove to a friends 20 miles drove perfect went to drive home and the engine stops running and the car won't start. Please help.

Take the ignition control module back off and take it to an auto parts store to be tested. Have them run a bunch of test cycles. This is because the icm likes to fail when hot.

When installing icm, be sure to put heat sink compound on back of icm and it's heat sink. Icm will fail quickly without the stuff on it. You can buy it at computer parts stores. It's the same stuff that's on the back of PC processors.
