Still too much for MOST people's blood. That's not the issue. I think considering the performance plus the equipment that's packed into the car it is a bargain.

Especially when compared to the $140,000 Ford GT. Heck, to get a Porsche with 500 hp will cost you $400,000. Ferrari? Forgedaboudit.

Woot that a good deal. All along i have been saying chevys problem is there pricing on everything. I think 68,5 for a 427 500hp is good, maybe it will incite the gto's to come down on price and a few other cars and chevy will be back on the map.

If i sell both my fbodys......and my suburban..... and maybe both my dogs.... then i could put enough toward the downpayment that the monthly payment would not hurt that bad..... right?.....
of course the wife wont be happy.... her not having a kid mobil ..... and fiting both kids and the wife in a 2 seater might be alittle cramped for road trips....

but man or man every time i can get my sons foot outa my face long enough to see where we are going i wil have a smile from ear to ear.......
