I have pulled a bunch of wiring and currently have all the interior out of my 95 bird.
I have 2 problems so far..
When i press the brake the fuel pump primes.
With the key in the on position (not started) the 3 brake lights are on all the time.

Looking for some help

The best help I can give is to tell you where to download the 95 factory service manual. It will have complete wiring diagrams in section 8. Along with troubleshooting help. www.mediafire.com/?40mfgeoe4ctti

You need to start a organized troubleshooting plan. Start with major power supply wires. Then other power supply wires. Move on to grounds, as there are a bunch.

Check the wiring diagrams and see if brakes & fuel pump share any wiring, connectors, splices, or grounds.

Also check ignition switch wiring & brake light wiring for any common connections. The problems could be caused by a shared fuse.

But seeing the age of your car and the # of previous owners, your problems could be due to messed up wiring connections.
