I haven't done much to my car since I got her, and like most everything about her 'cept the grille.

I know it ultimately comes down to the one I like, but I'm kinda torn. What do you guys/gals think?

It is between these two:

Yea the 35th gets my vote too. Looks real good in person and just flows well with 35th anniversery decals.

I wonder what those stripes would look like on a black car? Anybody good with photoshop?

I have seen it photoshoped on LS1tech in the multimedia section. Might try a search on it, I know there on there somewhere. :hijacked:

Thanks all! The red was my 1st choice, but didn't know if it would look cheesy. (Anything's better than the generic one that's on my car now---with the rivet holes from having a front plate. )

I've seen a few on Cardomain w/that red grille & thougt it looked cool. Now it's just whether I order it thru Afterthoughts or LMPerformance. About the same price either way, so it's a coin toss. BTW, SLPonline was the MOST expensive (?)hmph!

I've seen the graphics on a black car & liked it. I also saw the graphics on an '02 SS like mine, but they had it going down the side too!!! Personal pref I guess, but I thought it was overkill.

Waiting, waiting, waiting on the Big Brown Truck.

Yeah! I just ordered it about an hr. ago...hmmm, what's taking SO long. I got the red SLP 35th. I have no idea how to take mine off, and put a new one on. Haven't even looked, but it's gotta be easy. Right? Just a few screws, nothing too complicated. The hardest part will be holding onto the screws, 'cause I have long finger nails.

How exciting! My 1st mod.

to take it off all u have to do is pop all the clips out and yank it off....im not sure how aftermarket grills work with putting them on seeing as i just took my grill off and left it like that

@Jab 1st exterior mod. It's one rockin' screamin' party under my hood!

My "Fbody Girl" song is about, and was written for me. What you didn't listen to the words? :D

@Cgirl Ha! The last time someone used the term "yank" when doing something to my car, they broke the lock out of my '99 Firebird t-top. (Not their fault, they didn't know I had them locked).
