Can I use a gen 4 LS timing cover on a gen 3 LS? Is there any difference between them other then the sensors on the gen 4.

Can I use a gen 4 LS timing cover on a gen 3 LS? Is there any difference between them other then the sensors on the gen 4.

An LS3 style cover with the cam sensor will fit on a Gen 3. The VVT style is deeper and requires a truck-style water pump to clear.
