exhaust

got a buddy of mine that has an 05 gto...stock he is looking for a good exhaust system...cat back...i like how the slps are cheaper but not too sure about them...any other suggestions?

Save your money for a set of long tubes the stock exhaust flows pretty good and with long tubes it sounds like an old scool muscle car. If you have to have an exhaust the MagnaFlow is by far the best quality fit and finish all stainless and sounds really good. $750

Nate pretty much hit the nail on the head. The stock GTO cat-back flows very well so a nice set of headers would liven it up. Plus it sounds really good.
