engine flooding itsself?

So for the past 2 weeks I have had the problem that when I first cold start my 3.4 to 5.7 LT1 swapped camaro (A4) it will run fine until the engine gets right around the ~160 degree mark. It runs fine until then but after that the engine idle drops to about 500rpm (in park) and I THINK its flooding its self.

When I take off just a few seconds after a cold start it runs perfect, but as soon it warm up the exhaust ton changes to like a gargle and the performance drops significantly. If I leave the throttle at about 3k it will "clear its throat" and take off like it should. If I come to a stop once its started acting up it will get down to as low as ~300rpm (im guessing since its on the verge of dieing!), the car shakes like crazy and there is NO check engine light.

Here is what I tried from others suggestions without success.
I replaced the coolant temp sensor, looked for a bad vacuum line and tried to clean the carbon buildup on the O2's (Money is tight and cant replace the O2's yet).

Note: from the swap I used a 1993? block, a 1995 and computer harness and 1996 externals such as alternator water pump etc. and smog and AC were removed.

HELP! Camaro season is coming SOON, I need my girl to run!
THANKS!

Sounds like you are running real rich. Do you notice raw fuel smell? If so it could be a list of things. First off get it scanned. Just because there is no engine light does not mean there is not something wrong. Here's what I think you should check. Bad fuel pressure regulator, egr valve and/or solinoid, bad opti, spark plugs or wires and lastly check your MAS sensor. A scan should tell you what's bad sesnor wise but the fpr, opti, plugs and wires are gona have to be checked by someone who knows how to check these items. I'm not saying all these things are bad but anyone of these could cause your issue. Hope this helps.

Plug and wires only have like 3K on them, I do have a very strong fuel smell.
I have the cable to hookup to my laptop but go figure the laptop has a bad battery. I hope to get it scanned with a scanner soon. I don't doubt anything but how can it be the opti, plugs or wires when it runs fine until it warms up? I'll get it scanned asap and share my results. more suggestions greatly appreciated.
