So me and my buddies went out last friday night to just cruise around and have a little fun. But we all ended questioning all of our prior knowledge of f bodys. To make it easier im just going to number all of our cars.
1. My car 00 Z28 Auto LS6 intake tsp lts borlamouth cat back and tune. I made 336 rwhp before the ls6 so im assuming 350 355 whp.
2. 01 Z28 manual stock aside from open exhaust after the y pipe.
3. 98 ta 6 speed lts, borla, tq3 cam, and tune 375whp
4. 99 ta auto Borla catback
So we all figured Fastest would be #3 then mine #1, 2 then 4
NOPE
1st race was #1 and #2 did several rolls with same results every time. He would launch me by a car then stay there or pull slightly all 100 plus runs. never gained on him.
Then i thought maybe something was wrong with my car raced #4 to make sure, Destroyed him every time.
#2 & #3 Again #2 slowly pulls every time.
#1 and #3 40 and 50mph rolls he always jumps about 2 or 3 cars on me but about 110 i slowly start to gain but never catch up before we shut down.
Does my friend have a factory freak? :werd:
