Dash issues help

So here's my issue just did my engine motor swap engine was a stock 93 LT with the 4l60 swapped over to a built 93 LT1with a built T56 by tick. Engine and trans where installed everything was hooked up minus emissions a/c which was deleted on the chip by PCMFORLESS. Only wiring I've done to the car is electric water pump which I installed off the 20amp smog pump spot in the fuse block, I also wired the clutch switch in due to the swap. And I wired in three auto light gauges into my interior lamp circuit so at night they turn on when I turn my lights on. Other than that that's it and this Is the issue I have. When I turn the headlight on the dash goes nuts when I turn the key on everything is normal
