cold weather cold/warm start

96 Trans Am m6, car starts fine first thing in the morning, but if i try to start 30-45 minutes later the car spudders and does not want to drive. No check engine light either. The dealership just replaced my secondary air from the recall recently. Any suggestions on why this is happening?
