Hey guys so I have a 94 LT1 350 stroked to a 396 with 410 WHP. 4L60E, 4k stall converter and 315s in the back. So when I'm on the road its great and does well but when I go to the track it hates it. When I leave the line (usually launch at like 2500) at the top of first it stumbles and then it shifts into third. I know the stall is probably too high and I have heard of other people having a similar issue. Some say to switch over to coil-per-cylinder and that will help others say swap the computer but I want some other opinions before I do anything. So I'm assuming it has to do with a combo of the opti and the converter. Is there anything I can do with a tune that may help with this and bypass it shifting into third? Thanks a ton!

I seem to rember threads about the trans stall wall??

IIRC you needed to lower the trans shift points.
Try searching on Gearhead EFI, i'm sure Steveo's discussed this before.
