I just put in a new Hurst short throw, Pistol grip knob and I bought a Skip shift module for my M6. Does anyone know exactly how to put that in? The Hurst directions arn't the best. :streetrac

get under the beast and look for a wire running along the driver's side of the transmission. It should have a push connector somewhere mid-length--take your module and plug it in there. All your module does is put a resistor in place of the old connection--making the computer think it never needs skipshift. You can also have CAGS programmed off in the PCM, but that's a little expensive getting a reprogram just for skipshift deletion.

when i got my tune i had the tuner turn off CAGS. well, it not 'turning it off' persay, it turns on at 1mph and turns off at 2mph or something dumb like that. so the light never comes on b/c im at 1mph for a split second
