Does anyone know the part number or a place to buy the Switch that controls the torque converter from unlocking when the brake pedal is pressed?

Have you tried the 4th gen parts books in sticky threads of 4th gen section, for the parts number.
shbox.com has a bunch of part #'s also.
If GM doesn't have the switch try your local auto parts store.
According to 94 service manual, the brake switch that controls tcc is same one used for brake lights.
Found the # it's 10194425 Unfortunately it appears to have been discontinued by GM. Might find one on ebay, or amazon.
But never fear, autozone has the switch. Since it has 6 terminals, I believe it might be the correct part. And only $8.99
