Hi friends,

Not been on here for a long time.

I started putting new brake lines & Goodridge hoses on the 4th Gen 1997 Firebird TA.
Goodridge made up the lines & sent me the whole kit here in the UK, but the Banjo Bolts they supplied were totally the wrong thread sizes.

They shall supply the right Banjo Bolts with correct threads but I do not know what the thread sizes are?

I have done some research & found this out but I need to verify before telling Goodridge:

Fronts=M10 x 1.5
Rears=M10 x 1.0

These are for standard 1997 4th Gen calipers.

If anyone can help that would be great thanks.

All the best people.

Looked info up in 4th gen parts book.

Rear is as you listed.

Front is not listed in book for 95-97 cars as bango bolt is part of hose assembly & can't be bought separate. 93-94 cars use the front size you listed.

I would take a metric thread pitch gauge and see if front threads are 1.5 pitch like 93-94 are.

GM might have pulled a fast one, trying to get more money selling hose assembly as a modular unit. So for 95-97, if you need the bolt, you have to buy the whole thing.

Cocobolo my man, I thought you would reply here with great advice as you do.

I have tried a few things. Even Summit can't answer it too.

I will find it somewhere though, just a little time I guess.

Thanks again.
