Before I buy these C6 polished rims for my 99 T/A

Im new to the bird life.
I found some sweet original 5-spoke polished C6 rims. 18front and 19x10 rears.
Will these fit right on my 99 T/A ?
Can I still get lower springs?
Should i look for 18's all around instead?
