ASR/Stalling help

96 z LTI Forgot to turn off the ASR and gunned it and gunned it again to avoid a car and I stalled for about ten minutes and finally started. Stalled again and again on the rest of the way home. Will it reset? Will it be fine after sitting overnite? Did I break something in the throttle linkage or cable or does it need to be adjusted?
