Hi, my name is Ross, and I have a 1985 Chevy Astro van and a 1967 Chevy longwide C10. The truck is for sale, but my van is my baby. I bought it as a panel van with a heavily modded mid70's vintage corvette 355 already shoved into the engine bay, so it's pretty damn potent. I'm planning to install an LS7 and standard tranny as soon as I can come up with the $$$. Please tell me what you think of my setup.

Sounds like an awesome sleeper project, but instead of an LS7 I'd go with a stroked LS2. Would probably end up being cheaper in the long run.
