Alternator / PCM issue 4th gen.

Hey everyone! Fresh on here.

I have an 02 SS Anniversary edition. Looking for a bit of help with a head scratcher.

Alternator quit charging last drive of the season. Checking the connector from PCM, I'm only seeing 1.2v output. (I assume that's the "off" output Voltage.)
I back pinned the PCM and seeing the same

. Wondering if there is an alternator issue (ie. shorted internal / bad rectifier etc..) if the PCM will not put out? Or should I see 12v there when battery requires it? (Battery at 11.8v so should be charging)
