I wouldn't, I'll play with the pulley sizes and see which one is the best to use and run with it. I constantly scan for KR, among other parameters.

Cooler allows you to build more boost, from what I understand.. lol so if the smallest pulley I can run now is a 3.4" and get 0 KR, I can now put an intercooler on my car and probably get down to a 3.0" pulley and get 0 KR because the air is much cooler. Again, if I understand correctly..
Oh ok gotcha lol well keep the updates n again cool ass GTP ! Go slam sum civics lol

Update:

Got my mufflers put in and put on. I have about 250 miles on the motor so far and I'm very very pleased. Very powerful car and sounds amazing!!!!

Mufflers:

New exhaust getting put on, with my dirty azz... LOL

I got hungry, had to go to the store in my grocery getter for bread.. :D

Headers after some heat cycles. I'm liking them..

These last two are videos.

First one is PRE exhaust, last one is post exhaust. You can hear it a little over the wind... but wow!!!

Thanks, and DO IT!! lol

I wasn't going to fool with mine and just swap with another NA 3800... But I thought WTH. Body and interior is to nice to scrap and I can't sale it for anything. Only other option was to make it new again. TEP trans is next. And I need to get a couple warm start up vids..

Well I took my car to the strip after I got MOST of the kinks worked out.. :D I'm pleased!!! Considering I'm rusty on my reaction time AND the car did not hook up in first gear at all, not shabby. I was running 38 - 40 psi in my front tires also so it did not help me hook up at all. Since I went I installed a Transgo Shift Kit which helps TONS and when I go this coming Friday (weather permitting) I'll take my air tank with me so I can drop to about 18 - 20 psi in my tires to hopefully help...

Here's my time slip, Right Lane:

I hope to get a 8.5 - 8.7 this Friday. I'll work on my reaction time and hopefully I'll have a bit more traction with lower tire pressure. I should easily hit it. Right now it spanks the street 5.0 and 4.6 Slowstangs so I'm happy!!! My buddy has a Fox body notch that has a mild 5.0 that he runs 8.9 and 13.2 and I out run his on the street in my grocery getter. I'm hoping for a 12 second car, I think I got it!! :D

I'm trying to fix a vacuum leak that I think is my supercharger gasket.. I hear a hissing sound between my # 3 and 5 injector.... I'll hook a fog machine to it this week and find out for sure.. My LTFT's are pegged at idle and every time I take my foot off the gas causing a P0171 code... Code is pissing me off.. LOL

But I scored some exhaust tips pretty cheap.. $40 for what I believe are Corsa tips?? but they will tuck nicely in the Grand Prix making her look Purdy good!!!!! Gotta polish them up a little..

Nothing new to date, just enjoying the car and taking it to cruise in's. This past Friday night Dad and I parked side by side with him in his '02 WS6. Fun night!!!

I did have to replace the fuel pump and I installed a new upgraded pump harness. Other then that, just babying the transmission ;-)

I used this one from Intense:

INTENSE Racing: Casper's 3800 Fuel Pump Hotwire Kit

Very nice plug and play.

Update too, the car has been of the road for several months but is coming back together nicely now!!!

Upgrades now:

TEP Racing Trans with all the goodies (incase I go turbo down the road)
Stand alone cooler
Aluminum ribbed Trans Pan
Precision Industries 3000 Stall
Nitrous Express Proton kit.

I installed the trans today. Gotta fab a little more and fix an oil leak that started shortly after I installed my motor and I'll put it all back together in a couple weeks. PCM is at Intense now getting tuned. John and Dave with TEP are making sure the tune is right for the trans and stall. I can't wait!!!

TEP full race trans. Bought it from another GP owner that had a turbo car.

Precision Industries 3000 Stall

Stand alone cooler

Trans mounted in the car today.

Nitrous kit is on it's way, Computer is out getting tuned, just a couple more weeks!!!!!

I agree. Maybe if I blow this motor up, I'll build a turbo motor for it. Hopefully this setup will be fun for a few years.
