i heard that the lt4 engines put out around 320 horse. is that correct?
I agree, if its not an original LT4 car its not worth much. Has 140k+ on the body and bad paint.its a good deal if its a real lt4, its an lt1 car swapped to an lt4 i guess, run the numbers on the motor to make sure you are getting what you pay for. also make sure he has some kind of proof that it only has 20k on it. it would suck to pay 4200 for an lt1 t/a w/bad paint and highish miles with an lt4 intake slapped on it. Just make sure it is what he claims it is before you buy.
you can paint anything and the clear coat will still peel. plus the roof, hood, back quarters and hatch are all metal.:werd:How do you have bad paint on a plastic car?

Wrong! the only exterior body panels on these that are metal is the hood and rear qrtrs.......try a magnet on your roof and hatch :craz28:
Oh, don't worry ... I did. Thought I could stick a CB Mag Mount there when I bought my '95, and am still kicking myself for all the scratches that occurred when I floored it from 60-90 on the drive back in PA after I bought it :craz28: . Is partially magnetic, though, but I don't really know why.I agree, if its not an original LT4 car its not worth much. Has 140k+ on the body and bad paint.[/QUOTE
