95 lt1 caprice swap to 95 trans am

I am doing a swap out on my 95 T/A using a motor from a 95 lt1 caprice do I use the same harness and pcm from the caprice I do know the caprice lt1 has two knock sensors as the trans am engine only has one ? And not only that but was putting the caprice lt1 on the k member of the T/A and realized the motor mounts were different so I took off the mounts from the original engine to bolt up to the block but the knock sensor on the driver side is in the way of the motor mount .


Already changed out accessory bracket and water pump .
