I have a 95 formula, as soon as I turn the ignition to start the car, the headlights popup, all marker lights turn on, as well the dash lights turn on.

This happens with the headlight switch in the off position. I can't see any aftermarket modules or anything that would cause the lights to automatically come on, any ideas on what I should check next?

Sounds like you have a wiring problem there. I suggest downloading the 94 factory service manual, located in 4th gen section. Look for thread titled "GM service manuals".

Either a short, or some creative wiring done by a former owner. So get your Sherlock Holmes cap & pipe out, and start detecting.
