I have a v6 camaro that I'm wanting to do a carb'ed 350 swap. Which I have already taken the motor and trans out. I know I need to change the k member, fuel pump, front suspension, and gauge cluster, radiator, and fan, but is their anything else that I need to change? Also I'm building this car for street and strip so what do yall recommend on engine parts, trans?

My biggest recommendation is to cut access for the rear distributor that a sbc uses. The 4th gen design makes it very difficult to do any work on it.

Since you will be using the car on the strip my next suggestion is to buy a better rear end assembly. Either a 12 bolt or Ford 9 inch. This is essential if you are going to a manual trans or sticky tires.

How much trouble you have changing to a Ford 9 inch rear depends on what you buy. Several companies make ready to bolt in packages for 4th gens.

However, if you buy a used rear or don't get one of the already set up ones, it will be a large task to do the change over.
