I suggest you go to BBB Industries- Premium Alternators, Starters, Power Steering Products and get your 95's wiring diagrams. You can also download the 94 factory service manual in the 4th gen section. The 94 shares about 98% of it's info with your 95. The manual, in volume 2, has a full set of wiring diagrams, trouble shooting help, a driveability and emissions section also.
I'm afraid your going to have to dig into those wiring diagrams. You start with checking that all fuseable links are good. Then it's on to the electrical part of the ignition switch, it's attached to steering column under dash, to see if all inputs and out puts have got battery voltage. The ign sw feeds all power to the ignition controlled fuses. Next on to both fuse boxes to see if appropriate fuses have power to your systems. Then you will need to check out what each fuse feeds and make sure all the power feeds and grounds are good.
The only symptom you have that I can say what it is, is the radio loosing the correct time when you shut ignition switch off. Radio has 2 power sources 1st is for the radio itself. It is usually ign controlled. The 2nd power source is for the memory. It is always hooked to a live power feed, not ignition controlled. Without the live memory power, you loose the clock and radio presets every time you turn ign off.
