I have a rusting out '74 Jaguar XJ that has a custom made 383 with 301 HP and 385 torque that runs on 87 octane. The engine was made by JMS Racing Engines locally here in So Cal.

Have all the receipts and dyno run sheets - I paid $6000.00+ for just the engine and trans (from Jet Performance). About 15K miles on the engine and
trans as it was a sometime daily driver for years.

Car drives and is registered CA Non Op. Could buy the engine/trans, get the whole car that is complete and take off what you need and sell the rest. Jag parts sell well and the front and IRS rear ends :thumbsup:are used in Hot Rod projects.

Rust is the factor here, I do not have the time or interest to fix the problem and have too many other projects.

More information and photos at: http://tinyurl.com/9semyvs

Buy for $3100.00 and price is FIRMISH..
