On on the left side of the stock intake, " looking at the engine from the front" I have a hose that is spliced and runs from the intake to a line into the harness going towards the passenger side and a long rubber line that I'm not sure where it goes. I deleted the EVAP and EGR and currently running straight headers. I hope pictures help. Thank you!

The only thing I can suggest is to download the 96 factory service manual at the following link. It should have vacuum line routing details.www.mediafire.com/?40mfgeoe4ctti

My best guess of the vac line running with wiring, is that it goes to hvac control head. The other vac line, I don't have a clue. If it hasen't been worn off, or painted over, GM usually puts a vacuum hose diagram on underside of hood, or radiator support beam.

Yeah, I'm not having any luck finding an end location for the hose. I'm thinking it might have went to the EGR maybe? No engine codes, so that's good. Thanks for the help.
