Hello all, Here’s my story: I have a 1996 Camaro z28. (LT1)
I overheated and seized the motor. I pulled the motor and I’m looking at a replacement.

The replacement is a 1995 corvette LT1 it has some more hp and I got a good deal on it so I’d like to use it. (As compared to rebuilding my Camaros LT1)

Do you know if all of the pulley brackets/ accessories/ wiring harness, vacuum/fuel lines ect. Will work with the Vette LT1? Will they all bolt up and plug in or is there different configurations?
Any advice and knowledge is greatly appreciated, thanks
Benjamin

Yes, you can switch the corvette accessory system to the f-body system with no problem. The only thing that will be different is the PCM tune. Being that 95 vette lt1 made more hp than f-body version, the pcm tune may have to be tweaked in your 96 obd 2 computer.

Here's a link to a solid pcm tuner who can advise you on the tune. www.lt1pcmtuning.com
