Looks like a LT1 in there. Beware of optispark distributor. They are not known for a long life. If new opti needed only buy GM, Delco, or Delphi. Also I've heard good things about the Petris Industries opti.

Hope whoever swapped the LT1 into the car didn't leave out the steam pipe assembly on back of cylinder heads. This system coupled with the reverse cooling system, is what alows the high compression LT1 to run on 93 octane pump gas.

I did all the work myself. I'm aware of h\the opti spark limitations. Thanks . It's a 1992 corvette LT1
