White / Orange stripes
This car was bought from an auto recycler in Utah with a salvage title, I drove it for approximately 3/4 mile before the engine gave up the ghost. The previous owner(s), while either impatient or stupid, decided that it was best to NOT follow the manufacturer recommended method to remove the alternator and just bashed in the valve cover to get at a single connector (valve cover has been replaced). It has since had the engine rebuilt (twisted crank, FYI) and the car has been repainted. Still has some minor electrical issues.
1997 Chevrolet Camaro Z28 (White / Orange stripes)
The shop that rebuilt the engine claims 420 crank horsepower, I've not had it dynoed. Transmission is a new/rebuilt unit.
Accidentally rubbed off some interior paint with Goo Gone. Lesson learned. The 30th Anniversary edition seats have been re-upholstered at some point. Has some of what I call "Cotton Eye Joe Garage Pabst Blue Ribbon certified" electrical work which I'm tracking down one at a time.
This is a 30th Anniversary Edition. The previous owner tried to make this into a C4 Corvette (black vinyl stripes with C4 Salad Shooter rims). The car has been repainted professionally and the original Hugger Orange stripes were painted on instead of having the original vinyl stickers.
Aftermarket head unit, as the original is long gone.
Wheel and Tire
1999 (IIRC) Pontiac Trans Am rims, I got them because they were cheap and were the same as the stock rims that came with the car, so I would have an accurate speedometer
